About Our Client
A long-standing and growing commercial General Contractor in Fort Worth is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their small, tight-knit team. They've been building in the area for over 30 years and take pride in creating a supportive, values-driven work environment where everyone pitches in and feels like part of the crew. Fort Worth locals may already be familiar with or frequented some of the high end offices, restaurants, and other commercial buildings they've accomplished around town.
Job Description
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee all stages of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure availability of resources and materials.
- Monitor project budgets closely, identify cost-saving opportunities, and address any budgetary concerns promptly.
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and milestones.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (nice but not required)
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager having led at least 1-2 ground up commercial construction projects
- Proficiency in ProCore
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with construction regulations and safety standards.
