Job Description
- Lead and direct subordinate superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site
- Develop the project plan, monitor weekly progress, and maintain overall project momentum
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of job site operations
- Manage labor and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with Owners, Design Consultants, and PMs
- Liaise with local inspectors and utility representatives to ensure compliance
- Enforce the Safety Program and oversee the Quality Control Program
- Prepare and maintain detailed short-term schedules
- Oversee financials, ensuring accurate invoicing and cost control
- Resolve daily field issues promptly and effectively
- Compile daily reports detailing workforce and significant activities

The Successful Applicant
- 7+ years of proven Project Management experience - especially with general contractors
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- Demonstrated success running projects from start to finish (planning through closeout)
- Strong technical aptitude - familiarity with PM software/tools is a plus
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills - crucial for meeting deadlines and delivering quality
- Team leadership experience adds value
- Prior tenure with a top-tier general contractor
- Up-to-date on construction market trends and emerging tech
- Willingness to travel nationally (2x/month to job sites)
- Hands-on experience in ground-up convenience store & gas station construction
