Job Description
Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Durham NC Responsibilities:
- Lead project execution by collaborating closely with estimating, preconstruction, and field teams to ensure a smooth handoff and efficient project startup.
- Oversee subcontractor management, including negotiating and finalizing subcontracts to support timely and complete project delivery.
- Monitor project performance, establishing budgets, tracking costs, and proactively managing adjustments to maintain profitability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with owners and design teams, ensuring alignment, communication, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant
Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Durham NC Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing commercial construction projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. (Healthcare project experience is a plus)
- Strong communicator with excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills.
- Skilled in planning and organization, including project execution, resource management, and risk mitigation.
- Demonstrated strength in problem-solving and making sound, timely decisions in fast-paced environments.
- OSHA 30 Certified, with a solid understanding of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance at the local, state, and federal levels.
- Effective leader with the ability to motivate teams, set clear goals, build collaboration, and navigate conflict when needed.
