Job Description

Oversee all phases of healthcare renovation projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Coordinate with healthcare facility administrators, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met. Ensure compliance with AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) and all applicable healthcare regulations. Proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards. Monitor and control project costs to achieve financial targets. Lead site meetings, provide progress reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum of 5+ years' experience managing healthcare renovation projects for a general contractor. Strong understanding of AHCA compliance and healthcare facility operational protocols. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in active, occupied environments. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in project management software and construction documentation. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
