What You ' ll Do As Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of assigned residential remodels and new build projects. You'll be the face of the project to clients, trade partners, and team members-balancing precision, timeline, and budget, while ensuring an exceptional experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects ranging from $250K to $2M+, overseeing pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases

Coordinate trade partners, vendors, inspectors, and consultants to meet project milestones

Maintain and manage project schedules (Gantt/CPM) and budgets with weekly updates

Issue, track, and manage Subcontracts (SCs), Purchase Orders (POs), and Change Orders (COs)

Serve as the primary client point of contact-leading regular meetings and updates

Uphold quality control, safety standards, and local building code compliance

Use construction software tools to document progress and track key metrics

What We ' re Looking For

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in residential construction (luxury or custom home focus )

Proven ability to manage large-scale, detail-intensive projects independently

Strong leadership and communication skills-organized, proactive, and solutions-driven

Familiarity with South Florida construction regulations, vendors, and permitting processes

Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, or equivalent)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
