Job Description
- Coordinate all phases of hotel construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure goals are met.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project quality and efficiency.
- Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures throughout the construction process.
