Job Description

Coordinate all phases of hotel construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure goals are met.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project quality and efficiency.

Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.

Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers.

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures throughout the construction process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Hotel should have:
