Key Responsibilities- Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical projects, including process piping, rigging, equipment installation, and pressure system work.- Lead union craft labor in alignment with local agreements and project schedules.- Collaborate directly with clients, engineers, estimators, and field leadership to ensure seamless execution.- Create and manage budgets, material procurement plans, and project schedules.- Solve field-level challenges and technical issues in real-time to avoid delays.- Ensure compliance with OSHA, PSM, and site-specific safety protocols.- Oversee change orders, RFIs, submittals, turnover documentation, and project reporting.- Facilitate project commissioning and final client handoff with documentation and QA/QC.

Qualifications- 5+ years of project management experience in industrial mechanical construction (chemical/refinery/energy facilities).- Advanced knowledge of piping systems, mechanical equipment, and structural supports.- Prior experience managing union trades in a field setting.- Deep familiarity with safety-sensitive environments-confined space, hot work, hazardous materials.- Proficient in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, cost tracking, and construction documentation.- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
