Job Description Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and school district representatives to ensure project goals are met Manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance Ensure compliance with all safety standards, regulatory requirements, and district-specific guidelines Oversee procurement and manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress and address field conditions proactively MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
