Job Description

Responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors and more. Maintain excellent standard of communication with supers, clients, PEs, and others. Managing projects from $2M- $20M in size. Manage projects in the Commercial, health care, multi-family, light-industrial, and other spaces. Contribute to a positive and encouraging work environment in a meaningful way. Handle a full ground up job from start to finish.

The Successful Applicant

10+ years of PM experience. Multiple years of experience with a General Contractor. Strong technical aptitude within the corresponding industries. Ground up and TI project experience. Experience with public projects. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
