Job Description Lead and manage large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards. Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any issues that arise. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans. Oversee procurement processes, including material selection and subcontractor management, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and ensure safety standards are met throughout all phases of construction. Provide leadership and mentorship to assistant project managers and construction teams, fostering a collaborative work environment. Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering Experience on mid to large size projects 5+ years of experience preferred Ability to hire, train, and develop a team of Project Managers Preconstruction experience Proficient in ProCore, Bluebeam, CMIC Interpersonal communication Ability to adapt to ensure project success Valid drivers license REQUIRED Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects What's on Offer
