Our client is a Georgia-based, nation wide firm that specializes in the construction and management of mission critical data centers. They are dedicated to bringing the latest technology and innovation to every project, giving their clients an edge in the market. With a rapidly growing pipeline, they are expanding their construction team starting with a Senior Project Manager.

Job Description

Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and in alignment with project plans and schedules.

Manage and guide subcontractors and junior team members, fostering collaboration and maintaining a productive work environment.

Track project costs, identify variances, and report budget updates to the senior project manager.

Ensure construction work meets the firm's quality standards and adheres to design specifications.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field

Experience leading a minimum of 2 data center projects including site work from conception to completion

At least 4 years as a Project Manager

Should be highly organized, highly motivated and a detail directed problem solver

Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta area with flexibility to travel
