Job Description
- Oversee ground-up retail, restaurant, and medical office projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage project teams, including administration staff, engineers, and superintendents.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure adherence to estimates.
- Resolve issues related to labor, materials, equipment, and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain project documentation, including RFIs and change orders.

- Proven experience in managing ground up retail, restaurant and medical office building construction.
