Job Description

Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Charlotte will be responsible for:

• Leading multifamily projects from start through completion
• Reviewing plans, specifications and client requirements
• Processing, reviewing and tracking submittals
• Preparing subcontractor scope of work letters
• Initiating change orders to the owner and soliciting bids to subcontractors
• Maintaining procurement, submittal and RFI logs
• Managing deadlines and making sure timelines are met
• Coordinating with necessary project team members
• Ensuring positive client feedback/satisfaction
• Building relationships with internal/external parties

The Successful Applicant

Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Charlotte should have:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of construction-related project management experience with a general contractor.
• A proven track record of running commercial projects $5M+
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials, costing, & scheduling
• Applicable software knowledge
• Ability to organize, think ahead, plan and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
