Responsibilities

Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Raleigh, NC: * Oversee full project life-cycle from groundbreaking through turnover * Coordinate with field teams, subs, and internal stakeholders * Manage schedules, budgets, and lead weekly progress meetings * Review drawings/specs, resolve conflicts, and mitigate risks * Ensure site safety and quality standards are met MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Qualifications

Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Raleigh, NC: * 3-4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in multifamily construction * Stick-frame garden-style or podium experience strongly preferred * Experience with budget management, scheduling tools, and subcontractor coordination * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred * Excellent communication and leadership skills
