Job Description

The Project Manager will be reporting into the Senior Project Manager:

Oversee and manage projects around the San Fernando Valley, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.

Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications.

Prepare and present project reports, updates, and status reviews to stakeholders.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project life cycle.

Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.

Mentor and guide junior staff and project team members.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Pro core, Blue beam).

Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
