Job Description Lead all phases of multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through closeout Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communications Conduct weekly project meetings, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Collaborate with estimators, superintendents, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and field teams Monitor and manage risk, proactively resolving issues to keep the project on track MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
