Job Description
This role offers the opportunity to manage high-profile projects while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment committed to quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full project lifecycle from preconstruction planning to project delivery. Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor contracts. Serve as the main liaison between ownership, design teams, field staff, and subcontractors. Lead project meetings, generate progress reports, and ensure project milestones are met. Identify and mitigate project risks while managing change orders and RFIs. Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans to ensure constructability. Collaborate with the Superintendent to support daily field operations and schedule adherence. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards. The Successful Applicant
Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years focused on ground-up multifamily or commercial residential projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management. Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam). Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects or phases simultaneously.
