Job Description

Overseeing scheduling, budgets, documentation, etc. of project from beginning to end

Ability to hire, train, develop and manage a team of Project Managers by providing intentional and proactive leadership

Oversee the management of successful construction projects

Prepare and analyze bids

Preparing reports on construction progress and cost for clients

Be client-facing and maintain the client relationship

Negotiate, award, and administer all subcontractors, purchase orders, and change orders on construction projects

Travel to job site 1-2 days a week

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering preferred but not required

Experience on mid to large size projects

5+ years of experience preferred

Ability to hire, train, and develop a team of Project Managers

Preconstruction experience

Proficient in ProCore, Bluebeam, CMIC preferred

Interpersonal communication

Ability to adapt to ensure project success

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects

What's on Offer

A competitive base salary between $90,000-$130,000 (Depending on Experience)

Competitive bonus structure, project/profit based. Typically between $8,000-$15,000 in the first year)
