Job Description

Lead with Purpose: Manage full-cycle construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Innovate: Utilize cutting-edge construction techniques and sustainable practices to build state-of-the-art senior living facilities.

Collaborate: Work closely with architects, designers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to ensure every detail is meticulously crafted.

Problem-Solve: Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budget management to ensure seamless execution.

The Successful Applicant

Experienced Leadership: At least 5-7 years of project management experience in construction, specifically in senior living or healthcare facilities.

A Team Player: Ability to foster relationships and communicate effectively with teams and clients.

Detail-Oriented: Skilled in managing multiple moving parts while maintaining a focus on quality.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with project management software, budget tracking, and scheduling tools.

Results-Driven: A proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

What's on Offer

Competitive base salary between $100,000-$125,000 depending on project experience and skills
