Job Description

Plan, manage, and oversee municipal construction projects to ensure successful delivery. Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to maintain alignment with project goals. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and safety standards. Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate project progress and address concerns. Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Municipal should have:

  • A background in construction project management, specifically within the municipal sector.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
