Our client, a leader in clean energy solutions, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team.

As a Project Manager, you will be part of the New Construction Division supporting the New Construction Team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a self-motivated approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager - New Construction Clean Energy

Location: Remote | Candidate should be based in EST zone

Pay Range: $45/HR

What's the Job?

Manage current pipeline of projects submitted to New Construction Housing and Commercial legacy programs to completion. Set deadlines and track progress for ongoing projects to submit deliverables, meet milestones, and advance toward completion. Complete technical review of technical assistance provider scopes of work and project deliverables. Coordinate closeout of terminated or completed projects. Maintain extensive online database of legacy projects, including data entry, energy savings, project construction status, deliverable tracking, and invoice approval.

What's Needed?

3-6 years of relevant experience in project management. Expertise in setting and tracking deadlines, budget oversight, and deliverable management. Basic knowledge of clean, resilient, and carbon neutral ready building projects. Familiarity with 3rd party building certification standards, such as Passive House and ENERGY STAR. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and internal staff.
