Responsibilities include: Project planning and coordination Site management Team leadership Risk management Client communication Budget management Contract administration Quality control Documentation and reporting Regulatory compliance Qualifications include: Willingness to travel and relocate Experience: 5+ years of managing commercial construction projects Educational background: Undergraduate degree in construction engineering, construction management, or related discipline Technical proficiency: Understanding of project scheduling and financial controls Team work: Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively Work ethic: Commitment to seeing projects through to completion Detail-oriented: Scanning for discrepancies and addressing small details Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities Organizational skills: Impeccable time management and organizational abilities Other requirements include: Regular, reliable attendance Work productively and meet deadlines timely Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment Perform work safely and effectively.
