Project Manager Residential Construction

Expanding and growing custom home builder with 40+ years serving Maine. High-profile custom homes ranging from $1M to $7M, with an excellent reputation for quality and professionalism.

Job Description

Providing overall administration and coordination of design and construction activities. Work efficiently both on-site and in the office weekly. Ensure the quality of high standard performance and compliance. Daily interfacing with on-site construction team, contractors, and architects/engineers. Communicated daily with the owner/client. Establish project objective goals. Manage multiple projects at any given time.

The Successful Applicant

2+ years of experience building/managing custom homes. 5+ years of construction experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask. Construction related degree (preferred).
