Job Opportunity: Project Manager - Residential Construction

Project Manager - Residential Construction - Kennebunk Maine Responsibilities:

• Providing overall administration and coordination of design and construction activities
• Work efficiently both on-site and in the office weekly
• Ensure the quality of high standard performance and compliance
• Daily interfacing with on-site construction team, contractors, & architects/engineers
• Communicated daily with the owner/client
• Establish project objective goals
• Manage multiple projects at any given time

Project Manager - Residential Construction - Kennebunk Maine Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience building/managing custom homes
• 5+ years of construction experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Construction related degree (preferred)

Project Manager - Residential Construction - Kennebunk Maine will Receive:

• Compensation $90k - $100k base
• Annual bonus & discretionary bonus
