Project Manager - Restaurant Construction

We're looking for a sharp, driven Project Manager to lead restaurant construction projects from start to finish. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to bring commercial spaces to life, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Manage restaurant builds from site prep to grand opening.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, tailored to restaurant build-out requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal teams.
- Keep projects on time, on budget, and up to code.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Solve problems fast and keep stakeholders informed.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in commercial construction, ideally restaurants or retail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Procore or MS Project.
- A degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus.
Work Environment
You will be working on construction sites both indoors and outdoors, which will require travel to various job locations as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of the Los Angeles area.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/hr.
