Project Manager

We're looking for a sharp, driven Project Manager to lead restaurant construction projects from start to finish. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to bring commercial spaces to life, we want to hear from you.

Manage restaurant builds from site prep to grand opening.

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, tailored to restaurant build-out requirements.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal teams.

Keep projects on time, on budget, and up to code.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

Solve problems fast and keep stakeholders informed.

5+ years in commercial construction, ideally restaurants or retail.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proficiency in tools like Procore or MS Project.

A degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus.

You will be working on construction sites both indoors and outdoors, which will require travel to various job locations as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of the Los Angeles area.

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/hr.
