Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control throughout the construction process. Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, and equipment for project bidding. Evaluate project scope and work with teams to establish accurate project timelines and schedules. Monitor project progress, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met. Review and approve change orders, adjusting cost estimates as necessary. Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate cost-related issues. Prepare and present regular financial reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status.
