The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail construction, coupled with exceptional project management skills to ensure that every project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of retail construction projects from initial planning through to completion.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues that arise.
Implement quality control measures to ensure that work is performed to company standards.
Facilitate team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.
Document project activities and maintain detailed records of contracts, permits, and change orders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the retail construction sector.
Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with project management software and tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
