As a Project Manager in the sign manufacturing, architecture and digital branding field, you will play a critical role in managing projects from concept to installation. You will manage timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring that our high standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction are met. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sign production projects, ensuring successful execution within budget and on schedule.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, fabricators, and installation crews, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand project specifications and provide regular updates throughout all phases of production.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress on aspects like materials procurement, fabrication timelines, and installation coordination.
- Conduct site visits and oversee installations to ensure that quality standards and regulatory compliance are met, as well as client expectations.
- Champion safety practices in the production environment and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma, some college preferred
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Project Manager specifically in the sign manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of signage production processes, materials, and installation techniques.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools tailored to manufacturing environments.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite, as well as familiarity with CAD software for reviewing designs and specifications, a huge plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
