Job Description

Run/manage project from start to finish. Manage Nashville construction team. Oversee subcontractors and full construction project on a daily basis. Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods. Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with owners, architects, consulting engineers, and other parties related to the project. Enforce a safe work environment, practices, and culture on the project.

The Successful Applicant

Ground up construction experience required. Experience with concrete, light industrial, and steel frame construction a plus. 5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a construction project manager. Experience running a project from start to finish.
