Project Manager - Turnover Deliverables / Construction to Operations Handover

What's the Job?
- Act as the primary liaison between the construction and operations teams during project turnover.
- Coordinate, collect, and verify turnover deliverables including as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
- Maintain a clear tracking system for all turnover documentation to ensure timely delivery and accountability.
- Work with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to resolve gaps or discrepancies in deliverables.
- Support handover meetings and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions between teams.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience in MEP, project management, construction management, or document control.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, as-builts, and other project close-out deliverables.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge construction and operations teams.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
