Responsibilities

Manage daily operations including staffing, ensuring project goals are met within time and budget constraints.

Review project proposals, assign duties, and coordinate activities.

Direct and coordinate project personnel to ensure progress and budget adherence.

Prepare reports for management and clients.

Provide technical advice and resolve issues.

Coordinate with project partners and ensure safety, performance, and quality standards.

Lead the project team and oversee supervision as per organizational policies.

Travel as required and be willing to relocate as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

At least ten years of progressive project experience in heavy civil environments.

Minimum of five years in design, project management, and supervision.

Experience with underground construction required; TBM experience preferred.

Physical Demands

Travel for training and meetings.

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, lift at least 50 pounds, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Proficiency in English communication skills.

Additional Information Salary range: $150,000 - $220,000
