Company-provided housing is available during the workweek, along with a per diem. This arrangement is standard for the team and essential to support ongoing project operations. Location: Florida Keys (between Key Largo and Key West) Position Overview: This position is responsible for managing water and wastewater construction projects, including new package plants, tanks, and related infrastructure. The role combines approximately 50% office work and 50% field presence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee project budgets, schedules, and overall profitability. Develop subcontractor scopes of work and issue purchase orders. Procure materials and manage subcontractor and vendor relationships. Coordinate permitting, submittals, and shop drawings. Maintain and update project schedules, forecasts, and cost reports. Manage project documentation, including change orders and progress payments. Lead regular project meetings with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams. Supervise site activities in coordination with Superintendents and Foremen. Support estimating, client relations, and business development as needed. Mentor and train Project Engineers and support staff. Requirements: Experience managing water, wastewater, or heavy civil construction projects. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Proficiency with scheduling software (Primavera P6 preferred), MS Office, and project documentation tools. Comfortable working in outdoor conditions, including heat and humidity. Valid drivers license. Degree not required. Bilingual skills a plus but not required. Compensation and Benefits: Base salary range: $90,000$120,000 annually, depending on experience. Performance-based bonuses up to 3040% of salary. Company housing provided during the workweek if commuting. Per diem for meals and incidental expenses. 401(k) plan with matching contributions.
