Shopping Center Developer Investment Company (based in Chico, Ca) seeking Full time / part time Project Manager with experience in commercial development. We work with National Retail Tenants in both single tenant and multi-tenant shopping centers. We currently have Starbucks projects under construction as well as a shopping center in the queue to be constructed within 60 days.

· Oversee and direct commercial construction projects from conception to completion.

· Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

· Manage project schedules, scopes & budgets, and quality control.

· Ensure quality construction standards and proper construction techniques.

· Identifying and mitigating potential risks to minimize costs and disruptions.

· Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

· Team interface and communication.

· Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.

· Experience in construction project management or related field.

· Strong organizational and leadership skills.

· Proficiency in project management software.

· Strong skillset including communication, critical thinking analytical mindset.

· Experience with retail and / or multi-family construction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $40.00 per hour

Ability to Commute: * Chico, CA 95928 (Required)

Ability to Relocate: * Chico, CA 95928: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel: * 25% (Preferred)
