HGA is seeking a seasoned Project Manager/Construction Manager/Superintendent to support operations on-site in Baltimore, Maryland. This Project Manager/Construction Manager/Superintendent will oversee the demolition of existing fire protection infrastructure and the installation of new systems. This is a field leadership position responsible for managing subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to scope and specifications, and facilitating ongoing communication between project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the on-site lead for all field operations related to the fire protection system project at BWI Airport.

Lead and facilitate weekly progress meetings with all relevant stakeholders.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring work aligns with scope of work (SOW), schedule, and technical specifications.

Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues affecting quality, schedule, or budget.

Compile, maintain, and submit all required project documentation (RFIs, daily reports, meeting minutes, etc.).

Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Act as the primary point of contact for on-site execution, reporting directly to the Project Executive. Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in construction project management, site supervision, or construction management, preferably within MEP or fire protection systems.

Strong field leadership skills with a proven ability to manage subcontractor teams on complex projects.

Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead meetings and interface with clients, subs, and internal teams.

Experience compiling and submitting project documentation, including RFIs, daily logs, meeting notes, and compliance reports.

Demonstrated ability to ensure field operations are aligned with contract requirements and project specifications.

Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices; OSHA certification preferred.

Prior experience working on airport or secure site projects is a plus.
