TheProject Manager provides consulting project management services for ourhealthcare client account to help achieve the company's strategic businessobjectives. Project Manager will lead interior/exterior construction projectsfor two corporate office campuses in Eden Prairie, MN and manage ground upand fit-out projects for office and medical clinics nationally with a focus inthe Midwest.

Thisjob is part of the Project Management function responsible for the managementof corporate office projects from initiation through completion. Role offersa hybrid schedule 3-4 days/week in Eden Prairie. Approximately 10%-20%overnight travel to project sites required primarily in the Midwest.

Whatyou’ll do

Manageall areas of project management for commercial real estate projects. Thisincludes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

Interfacedirectly with clients to prepare all project elements, including the scope ofwork, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, workplan schedule & landmarks, quality control, and risk identification.

Definethe project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the projectqualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bidevaluations, and recommend resources to clients.

Implementproject documentation governance that is aligned with company and clientrequirements.

Ensureproject data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.

Buildaction plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress ofeach project and report status and variances.

Demonstrateability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingencyplans. Implement plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.

Applyin-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures toaccomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.

Mentorothers and share knowledge of your job subject area and have broadunderstanding of several job fields within the function.

Leadby example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE (Respect,Integrity, Service, Excellence) values. Work to build consensus and convinceothers to reach an agreement.

Impacta range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within ownteam and other related teams.

Whatyou’ll need

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Kahua or similar project management software experience required. Smartsheet experience is beneficial.
  • General knowledge of leases, contracts and construction practices and the ability to read architectural drawings.
  • Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.

Compensation

The minimum salary for this position is $115,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $130,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program.
