Description
Key Responsibilities for Project Superintendent - DSA Construction in Long Beach
Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from pre-construction through closeout
Ensure full compliance with DSA requirements, inspections, and documentation
Direct subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain schedule, safety, and quality
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Owner, Architect, and DSA Inspectors
Monitor job progress, manage site logistics, and maintain detailed daily reports
Enforce site-specific safety plans and promote a culture of safety across all trades
Resolve field issues proactively and support a solutions-oriented jobsite environment
Profile
A successful Project Superintendent - DSA Construction Candidate in Long Beach
Bachelor degree in construction management or civil engineering.
5+ years in proven DSA construction work
Experience in Building and Construction
Experience with DSA or Public works.
High attention to detail and organization skills
