Description Key Responsibilities for Project Superintendent - DSA Construction in Los Angeles Lead field operations for public works construction projects, including street improvements, utilities, storm drains, sidewalks, grading, and other civil infrastructure.

Manage subcontractors, field crews, and day-to-day site activities to ensure project timelines, safety standards, and quality expectations are met.

Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to ensure compliance with contract specifications and local agency requirements.

Maintain detailed site documentation, including daily reports, inspections, and progress tracking.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and site-specific safety plans.

Represent the company professionally in meetings with clients, public agencies, and other stakeholders.

Profile A successful Project Superintendent - DSA Construction in Los Angeles: 7+ years of experience in DSA or public works building and construction, with at least 3 years in a Superintendent role.

Strong knowledge of Caltrans specifications, LADOT, LA County, or other Southern California public agency standards.

Proven track record of successful field leadership on public works projects.

OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
