Job Description

Key responsibilities for Project Superintendent - DSA Construction in Los Angeles include:

• Leading field operations for public works construction projects, including street improvements, utilities, storm drains, sidewalks, grading, and other civil infrastructure.
• Managing subcontractors, field crews, and day-to-day site activities to ensure project timelines, safety standards, and quality expectations are met.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Superintendent - DSA Construction in Los Angeles:

• Has 7+ years of experience in DSA or public works building and construction, with at least 3 years in a Superintendent role.
• Has strong knowledge of Caltrans specifications, LADOT, LA County, or other Southern California public agency standards.
• Has a proven track record of successful field leadership on public works projects.

• Is bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.
• Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
