Tiello has partnered with a highly successful General Contractor in the Lancaster, PA area on their search for a Project Superintendent with experience in commercial and multi- family projects. The Superintendent will provide field supervision and management to ensure minimal disruption to our client’s staff and residents, that we deliver a high-quality product for a reasonable cost, and that the project is completed on schedule.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide supervision of all employees, external subcontractors, and vendors Implement and maintain project schedule(s) Monitor quality control of products and their installation Enforce company Safety Policy and Personnel Manual, OSHA requirements, and owner requirements Daily and periodic record keeping: Daily job report with detail (weather, contractors, manpower, visitors, deliveries, unusual events, work in progress, completed work, etc.) Safety reporting Labor time sheets * Communicate to and work directly with Project Manager
