Compensation Pay range: $127,500.00/year - $185,000.00/year (based on skills and experience). Discuss with your recruiter for more details. Position Responsibilities Provide advisory and litigation services focusing on public works construction. Review extensive documents, interpret technical matters, and evaluate routine contracting questions and disputes. Proficient in public contracting, contract negotiation, drafting, and review. Handle federal funding requirements, bid protests, surety/bond issues, insurance issues, and government code claims. Qualifications At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in public works construction law. Engineering, architecture, or construction management degree and/or extensive construction experience. Experience attending legislative meetings and independently managing routine legal matters. Must be licensed in California.
