Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a top MN law firm seeking a litigation attorney with at least five years of experience to join their busy Real Estate and Construction Practice Group. This senior associate or partner-level role is ideal for someone who thrives in litigation but also enjoys handling transactional and advisory matters. The position involves managing complex cases from inception through appeal, including construction-related disputes (mechanic's liens, payment issues, insurance coverage) and broader commercial litigation such as fraud, defamation, and business torts. Manage commercial litigation matters from initial investigation through trial and appeal, including construction-related claims (e.g., mechanic's liens, payment disputes, insurance coverage). Handle transactional and advisory work such as contract drafting, lease negotiations, and insurance/risk counseling. Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas on multi-disciplinary legal matters. Engage in client-facing work, with opportunities for business development and practice growth. Apply strong writing, analytical, and case management skills; trial experience and familiarity with Minnesota construction and real estate law are preferred.
