Regional Budget Manager - BRCA - General Hospital

Responsible for preparation and review of documentation and reports used for development, monitoring, or analysis of operating budgets for CAMC and related entities. Also provides primary support for departmental inquiries regarding budget and other financial issues including HCA and other regulatory agencies, both state and federal.
Responsibilities
- Serve as key advisor to Director of Budget, Reimbursement, and Cost Accounting in the definition of budget data and processes.
- Ensure consistency and reliability of data related to the Uniform Cost Report and other governmental agencies for CAMC and subsidiaries.
- Monitor subsidiary compliance with HCA rate decisions and reporting requirements for submission.
- Ensure consistent and reliable data for budgets related to CAMC and all subsidiaries.
- Provide support to departments on budget and other financial issues.
- Monitor and analyze monthly results of operations compared to budget for CAMC.
- Prepare various monthly reports reflecting results from operations and other key indicators.

Education
•Bachelor's Degree (Required) Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field Experience: 5 - 7 Years Insurance or financial and budget support in a healthcare organization
