Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 per year

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Oversee full project lifecycle — from estimating, budgeting, and scheduling through completion and client turnover.
Coordinate design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage subcontractor selection, buyouts, and contracts.
Lead client communications, progress meetings, and project reporting.
Monitor job costs, change orders, and schedule performance to meet financial and delivery targets.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards across all project phases.
Support business development through preconstruction input, proposals, and client relationship management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5–10+ years of experience in general contracting, design-build, or EPC environments.
Proven success managing projects in one or more of the following sectors: commercial, industrial, energy, or infrastructure.
Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, Procore, Bluebeam, or related tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
