Job Description

Support Project Managers in daily project oversight from pre-construction through closeout. Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors. Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and document control. Conduct site visits, track progress, and ensure quality standards are met. Prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes. Help manage procurement and delivery of high-end finishes and materials. Maintain project documentation and reporting.

The Successful Applicant

1-3 years of experience in construction, ideally in high-end residential or interior renovations. Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Buildertrend, or similar software a plus. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
