Residential Construction Project Manager Custom Home Builder located in the north shore is looking for a full-time project manager to manage residential home projects north of the Chicago area. Candidate must have prior experience managing high end residential home construction.

Qualifications: 1. Proficient in plan and specification reading/review. 2. Understand construction billing, change orders and budgets. 3. Experience in new or remodel residential projects. 4. Intermediate skills in Microsoft outlook, word and Excel. 5. Some experience with Builder Trend or other web-based project management software is preferred. 6. Highly organized and portray a positive/professional approach to home building and customer service. 7. Ability to manage all aspects of a residential home project from start to finish.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage multiple residential home projects. 2. Monitor and manage ordering, scheduling and coordination of materials and trade contractors. 3. Oversee project schedule, plans and specifications. 4. Quality review and assurance of all materials and workmanship. 5. Develop and maintain relationships with owners, architects and engineers on all projects.

Salary Range: $100,000 to $110,000 1. Safe Harbor 401k 2. Group Medical Plan
