Residential Construction Project Manager

Our client is a full-service General Contractor/Construction Manager that has been in business for 30 years. This company, which is experiencing rapid growth, is renowned in the New York City area. Our client is currently seeking a motivated Project Manager to join their growing team who is looking to grow with the business.

Job Description

Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve any design or construction issues. Maintain constant communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns. Develop and maintain project schedules, manage resources, and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment on-site.

The Successful Applicant

5+ year's experience in Residential Construction Project Management. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred. OSHA certification preferred. Proficient in project management software. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
