Responsibilities

Visit customer sites to evaluate construction projects and gather necessary information

Create detailed and accurate written estimates for customers

Present estimates to customers and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services

Negotiate pricing and terms to secure sales and achieve revenue targets

Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, preferably with some exposure to the construction industry (experience in construction is not a must but would be beneficial)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to understand customer needs and effectively present solutions

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes uncapped commission + bonuses.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
