What You’ll Do: Lead by example on a variety of residential and commercial building projects Mentor apprentices and share trade knowledge the right way Collaborate with a team that values pride, respect, and old-school integrity Bring the hustle to get the job done safely and efficiently What We’re Looking For: A Leader A capable Pro that doesn't need babysitting Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in construction trades (carpentry, framing, finish work, or general labor) Proven reliability—you take the responsibility seriously and show up ready to go A positive attitude, respect for your crew, and high personal standards Bonus: experience reading blueprints, leading a small crew, or managing subs Why WB Builders?
